Hi ! tell me what you think of this horse behavior project , be honest ! And/or help me come up with new one !?

So I philosophy on the observation of a horse in a situation such as towing, the bath, new media, boxes, etc. Rate of horse "anxiety" on a climb of 1-5 (5 = really be pinball and 1 = calm, droopy eyes, carefree).

An uncontrollable I see with it is the odds of 1-5 would be subjective, unless you use a little persuasion tools for precise measurement, a pulse monitor, something that would notice muscle tension, things like that. To make a test valid, you need data in a completely objective.
